A Little Gift for the In-Between Time — Maternity Sessions This Summer

Before the sleepless nights. Before the first feed and the first cry and the first time they curl into you and your whole world rearranges itself. There's this extraordinary in-between time — the bump, the waiting, the quiet enormity of what's about to happen.

I want to capture that for you.

As a way of saying thank you to the families booking with Ashleigh Shea Photography this summer, I'm offering something a little special for anyone expecting a new arrival.

The Offer

Book a newborn session with me for a baby due or arriving between June and August 2025, and I'll include a maternity session for just £75 — with three digital images yours to keep.

That's two sessions, two completely different chapters of this journey, and a set of images that tell the whole story from bump to baby.

What's included:

• A dedicated maternity session (studio or outdoor — we'll decide together what suits you best)
• Three fully edited digital images from your maternity session
• Your full newborn session, as normal — relaxed, unhurried, led entirely by your baby
• A view and order appointment at the end of your newborn session, where we'll go through your images together and you can choose any additional prints or products you'd love

Products are purchased at your view and order appointment. There's never any pressure — just beautiful images and honest advice about what works for your home and your family.

Why maternity photographs matter

I know not everyone feels confident in front of the camera when they're pregnant. I hear it all the time — "I don't feel like myself," "I'm not sure I'll like the photos," "maybe once the baby comes."

But here's what I know from years of doing this: the bump doesn't come back. That particular version of you — strong, growing, carrying your baby — exists only now. And the women who tell me they wish they'd done it are far more common than the ones who tell me they regret it.

You don't need to pose perfectly. You just need to show up as you are. I'll take care of everything else.
