Cake Smashes are one of my favourite sessions to photograph, combining fun and delicious cake! What could be better?

Anyone who has experienced a cake smash with me knows how much I adore them. You might not find me in my best attire during the session, but that just means I’m ready to get messy too! Each cake smash session is unique and personalised. I dedicate myself to designing a set that hasn’t been used before, tailored to your preferences.

Our cake smashes always begin with a mini portrait session. Many parents bring a separate outfit for their little one, usually their party or birthday outfit. This ensures you have a beautiful memory of your child on their first birthday, before the cake fun begins.

Once we have captured some lovely shots of your little one looking fresh and clean, the real fun begins! If you’ve brought a second outfit, we’ll get them changed, and then it’s time to smash some cake!

After the cake smashing is over, we’ll pop your little one into one of our tiny bath tubs to capture some adorable images of them splashing about and getting rid of the stickiness. Please note, not all little ones enjoy the tub, and that’s perfectly fine. We have plenty of wipes on hand to clean them up before their journey home.
