Our Bespoke Newborn Sessions are perfect for capturing all the details of your precious new bundle who will change oh so quickly.
The best time to capture these stunning images of your gorgeous baby is when they are 5-12 days old, this doesn’t limit us to that age only it just means we are more likely to get those curly womb like poses.
Our bespoke newborn sessions are completely baby led, meaning that we never rush our tiny clients. We always work to what your baby is comfortable with us doing.
Sessions can last from 2-4 hours all we ask is that you aim to feed them upon arrival at the studio & to please bring a couple of extra feeds & their dummy if they have one.
Your bespoke newborn session will take place in our custom built studio that is warm and welcoming. We will discuss which colours you’d like for your session, these beautiful images will be displayed on your walls for all to see so they must be an extension of your tastes and style. You will see our extensive range of props, backdrops and accessories where I will help you make your selections for your session.
We only do one newborn session per day, we like you to feel comfortable and relaxed throughout your time with us in the studio.

We get asked a lot of questions about our newborn sessions & you’ll find the answer to our most asked questions here, if you don’t see your question please don’t hesitate to ask.
Frequently asked questions;
How long will the session take?
Newborn sessions are completely unique in the sense that they are done with each individual baby in mind. We never rush our newborn sessions they are completely baby led. Most are finished within 2-3 hours however some can last up to 4 or only for 1! It’s entirely based around your baby & how they are on the day.
When is the best time to book my session?
The ideal time to photograph your precious new baby is around 5 to 12 days of age. At this age your baby is still very sleepy and flexible, this allows us to safely and comfortably pose your baby in the beautiful, dreamy, sleepy poses that you see throughout our portfolio.
The best time to book in your session is from when you know your due date. I will make a note of it in my diary & when baby arrives you let me know & we schedule in your session. As babies run on their own schedule & can arrive up to two weeks early or late, we only book in 3 newborn sessions per week of each month, so be sure to book early to avoid disappointment as we only do one newborn session a day.
Due to the nature of babies arriving early/late we will sometimes have an opening in our diary so if your baby is already here pop us an email as we may be able to fit you in.
Is there anything I need to bring?
You just need to bring yourselves along to the studio & if you’re bottle feeding an extra feed for just incase. Its very warm in the studio & sometimes they’ll need a little top up. If you have any little personal items you’d like to be included in your session feel free to bring them along however we have pretty much everything in the studio. In terms of clothing comfort is your best friend, if you feel comfortable you’ll look comfortable, for colours go for neutral tones, noting too bright that will take the attention away from you as a family.
