Master E’s First Birthday Cake Smash | Bromley Photographer
Master E celebrated he's first birthday with a Cake Smash & what a smashing time we had!
Mum requested a giant cupcake with pale blue & silver stars the rest was up to me so out came my creative hat. I had started toying around with the idea of hanging stars right from the off it was deciding what style to have & how to hang them that took some thought.
On a wonder around Hobbycraft, I came across the felt aisle & soft puffy stars sprung to mind & the set came together right there in the felt aisle! I hand cut (I must buy a circuit cut machine asap!) al the stars then stitched & stuffed them. Leah helped me set up for the cake smash, you may have caught our live videos?! lol, for those that didn't we hung some large & small stars in the front on a backdrop stand. We then hung the larger ones in various places over the ceiling & stuck some little ones on the back wall. To finish the set we put some clouds (toy stuffing) along the back to create a dreamy effect.
I absolutely love the effect, it is completely what I pictured! Isn't it great when things just come together! Lucky for me Mum & Dad loved it too :)
This little guy also loved he's cake...
What a little Smasher!!
Not forgetting a splash in the tub amidst the stars well we got one splash & so many adorable expressions.
Isn't he just adorable! Thank you all for coming, it was so great to see you all again & capture another milestone!
As you can see I love creating custom Cake Smash sets for my little smashers, if you would like a unique cake smash for your little one pop me an email today. I look forward to hearing from you.
With Love
