HOW IT WORKS

Our Bespoke Children’s Sessions are perfect for capturing the brilliant personality, little shy smiles & laughter you want to remember when your children are grown & have flown the nest.

The best time to capture these stunning images of your children is in anytime!! Yep any time, there’s no right nor wrong time to make memories. I would however suggest that you choose to have their session an hour before sunset or sunrise so that you have that glorious golden light.

If however you would like a studio session thats absolutely fine & those really can be done at anytime of the day! I always work to what you & your little one/s are comfortable with us doing.
Sessions last up to an hour, it’s unlikely it’ll be longer but if it does take longer then don’t worry not all kids are comfortable with new people right away & take some time to warm up.

Our children are the light of our life…most of the time! So why do we neglect to regularly update their portraits?!

Well we say no more neglecting documenting their growing. This year we say yes, yes, yes, to updating yearly or bi-yearly… either way more regular than usual!

Our child sessions are full of fun & laughter! They can be shot in our custom built studio or at your favourite location whether that be your local park, home or even somewhere in the city, we will capture gorgeous images for you and your kids to treasure forever more.

We have two types of sessions for children, standard which is just them as they would be day to day or we have our styled shoots which are great for a special occasion or that little something extra just as a treat.

PUT MY CHILDREN AT EASE

Ashleigh is a great photographer and a lovely person. She very quickly put my children at ease when doing a shoot with them and the resulting images are just stunning. Ashleigh listens to what you would like to get out of your session and will also suggest things if she sees an opportunity. I have been spoilt for choice with the images she has produced and will definitely use her again.

We get asked a lot of questions about our child sessions & you’ll find the answer to our most asked questions here, if you don’t see your question please don’t hesitate to ask.
Frequently asked questions;
How long will the session take?
Our child sessions are completely unique in the sense that they are done with each individual child in mind. We never rush our sessions they are relaxed & as much fun as I can make them! Most are finished within an hour however some can last up to an hour & a half depending on how your little one is with new people.
What if it rains on the day of my session?
We shoot anyway!!! Yep that’s right, if there are just light showers we’ll grab a brolly & head out for some fabulousky cool pictures. If it’s completely bucketing it down then we will reschedule for a day & time convienient for us both.
Is there anything I need to bring?
You just need to bring yourselves along, if your child has a favourite toy that goes everywhere or some thing thats not huge that they love at the moment bring that along too. They’re all things that we’ll look back on with fondness & will have stories about to share with them.
